We create our teacher training in a very bespoke way to ensure we meet the needs of your school community and reflect your values & ethos. If you can’t find what you are looking for below – please contact us here to discuss your needs.
Best practice according to KCSIE & Department for Education Guidance is a Whole-School approach, and this requires everyone to be trained. We are seeing more and more schools booking INSET for the entire school community.
You can pick and choose what you want and need. Training is best when it is regular and revisited. So we urge schools to see this as an ongoing commitment, not just a ‘one off’.
Many schools are working hard to combat issues such as misogyny and harmful gender stereotypes as well as addressing inclusion, consent culture, child-on-child abuse and harmful sexual behaviours. Similarly, conversations about substances can happen in different situations and settings. Although death and bereavement are topics that will affect everyone at some point in their lives, many people find these difficult subjects to address. we can assure you it will be engaging, interactive & discursive for even the widest audiences.
Have you thought about your governors, leadership, pastoral teams, academic teachers, support staff, medical centre staff and school nurses, boarding teams, catering, drivers, gap year students etc?
