Paula Cawley

MA (Oxon) PGCE

Paula Cawley, MA (Oxon) PGCE, brings a wealth of passion and expertise to the field of education. With over three decades of experience, she has worked in a variety of settings, including secondary and prep schools, both state and independent, and mixed, boys’, and girls’ schools. Paula has served in several leadership roles, most recently as Deputy Head (Pastoral), also as Head of RSE and PSHE, Head of Biology, and Mental Health Lead. She has developed comprehensive PSHE and RSE curriculums aligned with statutory guidance, trained and supported staff, and witnessed firsthand the positive impact of effective pastoral and mental health education.

Outside of her professional commitments, Paula is a dedicated Shout Volunteer and a proud fellow of the Zoological Society of London. When she’s not working, you’ll find her covered in clay on a pottery wheel or enjoying a wild swim!
