Guy has over 30 years experience working in the UK and Europe as a Founder, MD, COO, Investor, Non-Exec and Consultant.

He is passionate about working with young entrepreneurs and early stage businesses. In addition to providing development planning and growth strategy for It Happens, Guy is also working in complementary organisations providing support for Teenage Mental Health and Life-skills for young children.

Brought up in Rio, with a love for football and beach-life, Guy is married with three kids aged 15, 13 and 11 – he and his family are therefore very much living and breathing the challenges and joys of RSHE!
