Gabrielle has joined the IHE team contributing over 20 years’ experience delivering consumer events with audiences ranging from 5,000 – 60,000. 

Working alongside Health & Safety Advisors, Councillors, Industry Experts and blue light services, Gabrielle has a range of skills providing analytical insight, critical thinking and crisis management. Being shortlisted for an ‘Innovation Award’ in the festival industry for contributions in educating both young people and parents on festival safety & consent was a career highlight. It also brought Gabrielle into contact with It Happens Education & Schools Consent Project as they collaboratively developed parent education & work in schools. 

Her experience has taken her from racetracks in Abu Dhabi to ski resorts across Europe, festivals on farms, fields and clifftops. She’s passionate about guest experience, ensuring festival goers create incredible memories, in safe settings.
