This boarding house session will join up the dots so that your house staff feel really empowered to support your RSHE delivery beyond the classroom.
We know that these adults have a significant role in the pastoral care of your students… carrying on conversations and playing and important part in your Safeguarding procedures. This session will give them the tools to understand what actually happens in RSHE lessons, why/how it is delivered at its best, as well as emphasising the skills and ethos we hope they are modelling back in houses.
